Deep extraction service

Deep extraction is an advanced metal forming process in which a flat sheet blank (circular, square, rectangular, or other shapes) is transformed into a three-dimensional product without material failure. The process is carried out cold, in one or more successive forming operations.

The initial phase forms the basic shape, while subsequent stages create the final configuration. This method is ideal for producing complex components with great depth and thin walls, such as containers, housings, automotive parts, and more.
