Punching service

A punching machine is a specialized tool for processing metal by punching, enabling fast and precise shaping of material. It consists of an upper movable assembly attached to the press ram, and a lower fixed assembly mounted on the working table. The working elements include punches (in the upper part) and dies (in the lower part), which together enable the processing of different shapes and dimensions.

Punchingis primarily used in serial and mass production, as it ensures high repeatability and a low cost per piece. We achieve high precision – with an accuracy class ranging from IT11 to IT9 – while the production time is significantly shorter compared to conventional machining processes.
