Sheet metal bending service

Bending is one of the most commonly used methods of shaping metal without removing material. In this process, a flat metal sheet is transformed into a three-dimensional shape by bending it at precisely defined angles. It is most often performed in a cold state, which helps preserve the mechanical properties of the material and ensures a high degree of accuracy, without cracks or deformations.

Bending is a key step in the production of various components, both in industrial serial manufacturing and in the individual production of prototypes. The technological process is highly adaptable, allowing for simple right-angle bends as well as complex geometric forms with multiple bends in different planes.
